EVIS EXERA III Video Colonoscope
EVIS EXERA III Video Colonoscope
The PCF-PH190 is a completely new type of colonosocope aimed at assisting insertion in the most complex cases. Featuring a super thin outer diameter and Responsive Insertion Technology, the PCF-PH190 combines a range of diagnostic and therapeutic benefits into a colonoscope with an outer diameter of just 9.5 mm.
For the most difficult colonoscopies either due to a complex anatomy or specific indications, Olympus is proud to introduce the PCF-PH190, a ground-breaking super-thin colonoscope combining a range of diagnostic and insertion technologies.
EVIS EXERA III endoscopes offer true-to-life HD endoscopic images of breath-taking clarity, delivering the optimum support for accurate diagnosis.
Narrow Band Imaging now delivers significantly increased brightness and contrast. Previously widely accepted as a tool for characterisation, the improved brightness may open new possibilities for lesion detection.
Responsive Insertion Technology (RIT) is a host of proprietary insertion tube technologies helping you to further increase caecal intubation rates. The insertion characteristics of endoscopes featuring RIT are significantly improved, meaning you can manoeuvre the endoscope more easily and your patient experiences less pain.
The PCF-PH190 offers outstanding diagnostic capabilities in a colonoscope of only 9.5 mm outer diameter. Its revolutionary design provides a powerful aid in achieving deep insertion in cases where this previously may have been impossible.
High quality HDTV images have outstanding colour reproduction, even brightness, and reduced levels of halation and noise, assisting in lesion detection and accurate diagnosis.
NBI in EVIS EXERA III offers a significantly increased viewable distance compared to previous generations. The improved contrast combined with this increased brightness means that NBI opens new possibilities in assisting you in lesion detection and characterisation.
RIT in the PCF-PH190 combines two unique proprietary OLYMPUS technologies: HFT (High-Force Transmission) and PB (Passive Bending). These technologies improve endoscope insertability and ergonomics. Thanks to RIT, the endoscope offers improved operator control when manoeuvring and moves more easily through the colon.
EVIS EXERA III endoscopes offer the highest level of endoscopic image quality, ensuring outstanding colour reproduction and even brightness across the whole endoscopic image – decisive in helping you establish a diagnosis. Thanks to improved signal processing, EVIS EXERA III endoscopes feature significantly reduced levels of halation and noise.
EVIS EXERA III endoscopes feature a brand-new connector design no longer requiring the connection of a video or ScopeGuide cable. The connector is fully submersible, eliminating the need for a water-resistant cap.
Ergonomically designed control section for enhanced colonoscope maneuverability, with easy-to-access controls and user-programmable switches.
