The GIF-FQ260Z EVIS LUCERA Gastrointestinal Videoscope combines Autofluorescence Imaging (AFI), Narrow Band Imaging (NBI), and optical magnification modes into a single scope. AFI utilises a sensitive CCD to detect variations of mucosal structures, providing an excellent diagnostic tool for gastroscopy.

The GIF-FQ260Z EVIS LUCERA Gastrointestinal Videoscope is perfect for observation of fine mucosal structures, combining Autofluorescence Imaging (AFI), Narrow Band Imaging (NBI), and optical magnification functions into a single scope. AFI uses a highly sensitive CCD to detect variations in fluorescence between normal and diseased tissue, whilst NBI enhances capillary structures. In addition, the large instrument channel, wide field of view, and excellent angulation range of the insertion tube provide a highly sensitive diagnostic scope for gastroscopy.

Differentiating diseased mucosa

The highly sensitive CCD detects fluorescence generated when blue light irradiates the mucosa. Fluorescence intensity differs between normal and diseased mucosa, which is discernible by AFI.

Enhancing observation

NBI enhances and emphasises fine capillary patterns, improving observation capabilities.

Up to 85x zoom

A close, detailed view of the mucosa is achieved with the optical magnification function, which enlarges images up to 85x.

Autofluorescence Imaging (AFI)

Highly sensitive CCD, designed to detect the fluorescence generated from blue light irradiation, can differentiate between normal and diseased mucosa.

Narrow Band Imaging (NBI)

Enhanced observation capabilities using Narrow Band Imaging emphasise fine capillary patterns.

Optical Magnification Function

An 85x magnification enables a close, detailed view of the mucosa, whilst high quality images are displayed on a 19-inch monitor.

Maneuverability

The flexible section of the insertion tube has 4-way angulation (210° up, 90° down and 100° right/left), enabling a thorough target area examination in the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Large instrument channel

The 2.8mm diameter instrument channel is compatible with a wide range of endoscopy tools.

Extra-wide 140° field of view

The wide 140° field of view displays a larger target area, enabling extended imaging of the surrounding tissues.

Scope ID function

The built in memory chip retains individual scope information and settings, saving time and facilitating efficient endoscopy suite management.
